Ok, I hope someone can share the secret to loading the SBE II!

I have read, re-read and called Benelli. I still cannot just load two 2 3/4 shells in the magazine. Bolt back, slam forward completely, the shell hangs up on the last 1/2", the carrier is not up enough for clearance.

I can hold the bolt open half way and load two in the magazine. I cannot load the chamber and then two in the magazine. Have tried with dummy rounds, pulling the trigger, cycling, loading.

There has to be a way the procedure works that I am not seeing. I must be doing something wrong.

My Xtrema just requires loading round in the magazine, cycle, load the third round. Ready to go, just has the magazine release, no cocked/loaded indicator.
