My local gunshop got in 3 little Ruger mark 3 22/45 It's got about a 4" threaded barrel with a rail mounted on the reciever and one under the barrel. Feels like a 45 in the hand. I picked out a c3-defense clandestine 22r. It has the same dia as the barrel and is about 6" long. All steel and rated to 5.6-28 and is of all steel construction. Feels good in the hand , and is real quite. I was able to hear one of the shop guns being fired. Its going to be a long month or 6 weeks. I have a 22 hornet, do you think I could get a 9" twist barrel and shoot subsonic loads out of it. I know I would have to clean it good going form lead bullets to jacked bullets. I'm guessing that they don't expect any lead build-up from the .22LRs. Most suppressors that I've seen are able to be disassembled so that they can be cleaned/scraped/brushed free of lead every several thousand round. The text describing the can says that the K baffles are non-removable.

I been told you just soak it in lead remover then flush it out. JD DRSS 9.3X74 tika 512 9.3X74 SXS Merkel 140 in 470 Nitro

My preference is the one that can be taken apart to be cleaned. Absolutely NOT so that I can replicate it. Absolutely NOT!!! Rich

Interesting. Snooping around on various suppressor forums, it seems that folks have had very mixed results on using various "lead removers" when it comes to cleaning the baffles. Hopefully, it'll work out fine for you. My TAC65 .22 LR suppressor has threaded endcaps and is made from anodized aluminum vs. steel but isn't full-auto rated.
