I just got a call from my class 3 dealer, I payed for my two cans in 02/12.

The dealer just got my ti orbatrator from SAS. He wants to wait for state approval before he summits to the batf


I think we can summit both at the same time then update the batf as the state is much faster than the Batf,

I ordered a SBR subsonic can at the same time, BATF decided they did not like the mounting set up. SBR got justgot approval for the new 458 can. I hope thats not going to take 4 months.to go from the maker to the dealer.

Don't understand abt the mount. Is the can in your dealer's hands? If it is, I would expect that it can be returned to the maker for an update without a transfer.

Are Form 3 (maker to dealer, dealer to dealer) transfers taking 4 months now?
