Seeing as I am the only one here with a Dead Air Mask suppressor I will pass on my experience toward servicing.
I have put about 673 rounds through it as of today and have not noticed any problems or hints of any.
baffles had a reasonable amount of buildup but came apart easily and cleaning was a breeze. 90% of ammo was CCI Standard Velocity.
Manufacturer suggested 500 to 1K for servicing/cleaning so it looks like for me I might can stretch it closer to 1K before servicing.
Hope this helps a newby (like me) in the suppressor world, doesn't seem to be much info/help out there for this particular model yet.
