I bought a couple of boxes of this ammo a week or so ago and got around to trying it yesterday in my Savage 22 lr with a YHM suppressor. The ammo is extremely quiet and is by far the most accurate ammo (subsonic or not) that I have shot out of this rifle. No problem making 50 yard shots on turtles in one of my stock tanks. If you shoot suppressed 22 lr this ammo is surely worth a try. Karl Karl Evans | ||

How fast is it? I like the CCI Std Vel, 1040 fps in my 16" barrels. Ranb ______________________________ In my opinion the best accessory to put on a rifle is a silencer. | |||

My Savage has a 16" barrel as well and the Gemtech averages about 1085 for 10 shots. Karl Karl Evans | |||
