I shot a Cyclone side by side with a 7.62-SDN-6 and went with the latter because performance was similar and the SDN-6 is 3 inches shorter mounted. You can probably get the SDN for about the retail price of the Cyclone if you shop around. Added length is an issue for me because I'm putting it on several different platforms including some with barrels already pretty long. Mine's going on everything from 223 to 300 Weatherby. "Experience" is the only class you take where the exam comes before the lesson. | |||

I shoot a Cyclone and love it, but it is my only .30 can. Also shoot an SPR-M4. Love the reduction, hate the weight and length of both.  Member NRA, SCI- Life #358 28+ years now! DRSS, double owner-shooter since 1983, O/U .30-06 Browning Continental set. | |||
