Kids and animals , the bane of cartridge collections ....

My goodies are stored in old cotton-reel cabinets, the drawers are about an inch and a half deep , and lined with corrigated cardboard to stop the little sods rolling too much .

The "domino" effect is the thing that scares me with vertical storage.

I have made several wall mount cabbinets looking like a painting with a glass door. The back of the cabinet is first drilled with several rows of small holes, about 5mm in diameter and about 20-25mm in between, and then a soft fabric is glued on to that. Then i tread a rubber cord though the holes, not to tight and not too sloppy, so i get a "loop" to hold the case... Now I easily can open the glass door (magnetic lock) and remove a cartridge to look at the headstamp and there is no problem with the cat an so on. Think it probably could be done nicer but its home made and thats a big satisfaction.

Hard to describe but if some one will help me post a pic I can email one. Send me an mail: tomas.morn "at" home.se
