I am after a copy of Winchesters 1899 catalog for a new project and was wondering if any one had a copy that they could scan and send to me by email. Even an earlier Winchester or Sharps catalog would be helpful.

Steve, George Hoyem's Armory Publication book includes the 1894 Winchester catalog. I suspect if you were to contact him through the IAA, he might be willing to send you scans of that one . . . and he might well have the one you seek in his collection. I would also suggest you post this inquiry on the IAA forum which you can access from the home page: http://www.cartridgecollectors.org/ Another thought - there's an active Winchester Collectors group in the US. I don't know if they have a website as I don't much care about firearms, especially Winchesters, but if there is, I'm sure someone there would be able to help you. Good luck!
