Suppose someone wants to add an animal to their trophy room that you can't hunt anymore, like a tiger or a gorilla. Is it possible to get the skin from an animal that has died from natural causes at a zoo or animal park and get it mounted for you own personal collection?

A tiger skin could be bought through a dealer or on ebay as long as it had pre-ban paperwork.

A zoo cat could be mounted, and those appear from time to time and are usually $$$$$$$$

You can buy a shoulder mount gorilla, chimp, and orang from some taxidermy company complete for under $500.

What about a full body mount? Do you know what taxidermy company to call about this? Thanks.

They don't make full body mounts. Not sure what the company was called.

try a massage on taxidermy.net forum... maybe a taxidermist like Ken Walker can help you.Gorilla Shoulder mount (replica)can be found easy, full mout I think can be a nice custom proyect for someone but very espensive.
Tiger skin from captive animals can go for about 1500 2000 dollars, maybe some more, maybe les, according whit condition, dimension, and if the tiger is pure blood (siberian or bengala or so)or a "zoo tiger"
