The bill suggests to establish moratorium on hunting for mountain sheep, goats, ibexes, roe deers, and boars across Kyrgyzstan from Jan 1, 2022 to Dec 31, 2026 in order to restore of fauna population, protect reproduction of wild animals and interests and rights of citizens to biological diversity. I hunted there in 2012. There were certainly animals. Is there a problem with the populations?
