Scroll down the article and look at the hunted Polar Bear ( Canada ). Is a bear that size legal...??? Looks awfully small, and possibly young, to me. Hunting.... it's not everything, it's the only thing. | |||

Reading the article, the first thing that struck me was the foreign national using night vision technology. According to what I've read, it's a violation of ITAR to allow any non US citizen to even look at night vision devices. Guess another case of do as I say, not as I do.
