At some point in the next few years I would really like to go on an ibex hunt. It seems like any of the Spanish ibex are on the higher end. What kind of cash do the ibex in the central Asian countries go for?

What have you hunted, and where?

If you want to hunt ibex in Kirgisistan for 4000US$ (with all), i can offer the very good hunting area in Naryn (China boarder) but this price for hunting period 15.02-01.03.2011.

In Pakistan you can hunt two Ibex species.

Himalayan Ibex
(Northern Pakistan)
Fly into Islamabad and then either take a short flight or a longer 4x4 trip (weather dictates airplane schedule)
Cost is roughly $9,500

Sindh Ibex
(Southern Pakistan)
Fly into Karachi
Then rest of the travel is in 4x4 vehicles.
Cost is roughly $16,500

You will need about 12 to 18 months lead time so permits can be arranged ahead of time. Permits are auctioned by the government between September and December.

Here is a Sindh Ibex trophy.

The Sierra-Nevada or southeastern ibex of Spain, and also the Ronda ibex, isn't very expensive. You can compare them with a hunt for Altai ibex.
There's also possible to shoot Beceite at reduced cost, unless you're looking for a top-trophy. Smiler

Beceite ibex can be arranged all inclusive for 4000E if not a supertrophy wanted. An old decent ibex bull can be achieved for 4000E

A gredos ibex is more expensive. I would say about 6500E a good mature bull. mouflon would be
about 2000E a decent mature bull.
If you start talking about medals it is a different game. A beceite ibex (bronce) 6500E,
(silver) 7500-8000E (Gold) 9500E.
Mouflon 2500 bronce, 3200E silver, 3900E gold
