I am looking for an ibex hunt in Mongolia, either Altai or Gobi. Did the price of the gov't permits just go up? I heard a rumor. Anyway, anybody heard of any good deals? Thanks in advance.

If possible, hunt both ibex while you're there. You'll be ahead in the long run plus have two different hunts to enjoy. Some of the reputable consultants represent Mongolia and will be able to provide you with options. Best of luck--Mark Hampton

Nice Ibex and a nice blaser, too! I was told the season for ibex goes from june nd november?!

Now too difficult to get bouth , Gobi and Altai. Because most of area for Gobi ibex is closed for hunting. Ban will during three years. Right now available only nor area ,there is high hunting pressing and poor trophies. I'm waiting ibex combo hunt in Mongolia too.
