DECISION
1. Based on Article 25.1, 25.5, Article 29.1, 29.2.1, Article 291.1, 291.2 of the Law on
Fauna, and Article 5.6.1 and Article 8.1.23 of the Law on Permits,
2. The court fully satisfies the claim of Shamanistic LLC and determines that the official
letter No. 01/3785 dated August 15, 2024, issued by the Minister of Environment and
Climate Change and sent to the Governors of Bayan-Ulgii, Bayankhongor, Uvurkhangai,
and Uvs provinces, was unlawful.


From what I can tell, the auction in question was not valid. Logically , it would seem that any permit issued at this auction would be questionable. I do not know who is to blame .
