Hello Yes it is a Blaser, a R84 in 7mm Rem Mag. I used my hand loads: 150 grs Barnes TTSX behind a charge of IMR 7828SSC, 3,180 fps on my Chrony. Yes these are importables. The Kyrgyzs Government classify all the sheep on Naryn Area as being Marco Polo. I was given CITES export permit so I travel with the cape, horns and frontal bone as baggage, with out any problem. As a matter of fact I must say that I travel with a non American Passport. The second sheep has a more rounded, corrugated and thick bases horns (Argali like),fortunately the guides took hair samples for DNA, and promised me they will notice the results. This was the third trip I make to Kyrgyzstan and the second after the Marco Polo Sheep. The hunting area was Kol Tetri, my guide´s name is Kambarbek. Hair sample for DNA Field measurements ASAP will write a full report. Regards | |||
