Spent the past week in NYC, listening to people bad mouth the President and our leaders. Got home last night, loaded the truck and the dogs and I were off early Sunday morning in the quail fields. Now Indiana is not a quail hunting mecca, but if you have patience, stamina, some dumb luck a and some good dogs, you can get your limit. A sunny cool day, great dog work, fair shooting on my part and one bird short of a limit. Left plenty of birds for the next hunt.

Really feel sorry for those folks, in the concrete jungle. Perhaps if they would get into a field and learn something about hunters and us gun crazies, they would also learn more about what make this country what it is.
