Just wrapped up the season on TX quail. Nice number of birds and enjoyed some terrific dog work. Looking forward to next season!

we ended 1-31 here in Kansas. Pheasant hunting was pretty good, quail seemed to be alot better then last year also. Was warm and dry quite a bit, so not too much good dog work. Did have one still morning when I had 2 points on retrieve of quail, my brother and I both got our 8 birds that day, I think you can shoot more in Tx. I'm guessing I shot 40 roosters, and 70 quail.
