Famed Michigan fly fishing and grouse hunting guide Capt. Tony Petrella passed away this past Sunday. He was a regular outdoor contributing writer for a Sarasota ,Florida newspaper and wrote articles for many outdoor magazines. He authored a book about his beloved English setter, "Ghost." He also guided quail hunting and saltwater fly fishing trips in central Florida. Tony was also a field trial judge for the North American Dog Sports bird dog trials. He was a very interesting guy and if you knew him, you would not forget him.
