I went grouse hunting with some people from work this weekend, a nice trip. We where 6 guy with 4 bird dogs, 1 pointer and 3 english setters. Didn't get that much grouse but had some nice work from the dogs, I missed two times shoting over my dog. We shot only 2 grouse.

The terrain was quite high so we got some snow. The grouse was half white and it was very hard to find where the birds where sitting. We found them quite high and very low in the terrain, in the high areas the birds wouldn't set for the dogs, even if it wasn't mountain grouse. Saw about 20 grouse on one day.

Nice to see the dog again, I sold him before I started studying, I borrowed him from the new owner for the weekend.

Leo my former dog, that for a change preformed good.

A taste of the terrain (Singsås)

There's plenty of room for all God's creatures.
Right next to the mashed potatoes.
