Ok... after 4 or 5 years of duck hunting 60+ days a year, I took off 2 years, and started again this year... 4 hunts and 2 ducks total for the year was not my idea of a good comeback. Some bad luck, some getting used to the new gun, and some calling in the birds and letting others take the shots..

I hung out with the AR crowd at DSC until about 130am, drove to Weatherford, TX, hit the hotel at 245am, up at 430am, and by 9am, my 14 year friend and hunting buddy had a good mixed bag limit...
