We finally got some cold windy weather here and the geese are starting to fly. I hunted with my son and a good friend of mine. I was trying out my new camera so I put down the shotgun and snapped some photos. Decoying birds Getting ready to set down Birds over head My son bird dogging a couple of birds. The bird in Jacob's right hand is a big bird.

Very nice! Looks like you guys did it right. Where in Idaho are you? "There are worse memorials to a life well-lived than a pair of elephant tusks." Robert Ruark

Very nice pics, and yeah, that looks to me to be a wide-shouldered honker for sure! Thanks for sharing. KG ______________________ Hunting: I'd kill to participate.

White bison I shoot BB's with improved choke. Most of my shots are 20-40 yards over decoys, mostly closer shots. I don't take any long shots except at cripples
