Is the old saying, "you get what you pay for" accurate in this case? I'm looking for a decent .410 double. These run about $2000.00. Anybody know anything about them?
Thanks for any help. None of the local shops have any in stock so I haven't even seen one yet.

I don't know if they have been out long enough for many people to have an opinion on anything other than appearance. That would not be my choice. I'm not sure what size the frame is but 6 1/2 pounds is a good bit more than most four-tens in that price range weigh. Personally, I would look at an AyA or Ugartechea as my first choice. If I was looking to go cheaper I would seriously consider a CZ Bobwhite or DeHaan at less than half the cost of the Premier. They both are built on a proper size frame (as are the spanish guns I mentioned) and weigh over a pound less than the Remington.
