I'm afraid there aren't many outfitters for capercaillie or black grouse in Finland. The government's forest company Villi Pohjola (=Wild North) is the only one that I know of. You can find their hunting packages here:

I don't know how their services are, but that is a way to get to know our traditional hunting culture and methods, which might be interesting, even though the bag will probably not be numerous. Our all bird hunting is done in Autumn nowadays, so that is the only time to come if you are after birds.
