We are leaving tomorrow with Diggory for Jo burg for the shooting sportsmans readers and writers shoot.

I can't wait and I'm not even shooting!!! (maybee a bit.... )

That is a fun hunt. Glad to see Shooting Sportsman doing a piece on it.

We have just left the camp and are heading up to Kruger for a couple of days to round off the trip.

We had a great team from Shooting Sportsman and plenty of game even though the drought affected things this year. I think I had the best snipe shoot of my life and the total species count was about sixteen or seventeen.

There are some photos on the AHT Facebook page and I wil post more when I get home.

It was a heap of fun and Vic is already hoping for a return visit next year for some othe rinteresting hunts we have taken on.

I never thought I would see the day that I hunted African francolin in the snow!!

There were some surprised faces when the snow started coming down.
