JackduckhunterAnother good day after the seaducks!
Had a good morning despite less than optimal sea conditions. Amongst the group were a first time seaducker and a first time waterfowler who we're making the transition from upland guy!

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......
"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."

The beard's gotten to the point that it acts as a windsock, I see... You need to braid that mess, and have burning wicks hanging out of your ears when you meet your sports.
Here's the idea, like ole William Teach. But I now see that Blackbeard is a sight less offensive to the eye than the good Cap'n Jack...

FlagsThat looks like a fun time. How far ahead do you have to book? Checked out your web site. Looks like you do pretty good. How hard is it to set a hunt that consists of a day of seaducks, a day of divers and a day of puddle ducks in a row?
Me and some buddies are thinking about doing a trip along those lines next year. That is, if our Navy schedules all line up and we can get the leaves approved concurently. We're all stationed in VA so we can go up the east coast pretty easy.

Hey there,
The earlier in advance you can book the better. I have a very few dates open for this season but if you want to come this season let's compare schedules and see what works. Next season is partially booked but if you want a date for then we can certainly make that work.
We can set up whatever hunt you'd like and make things work however you want.
Stationed in VA? We can talk about a discount if you guys are Vets. I'm a fourth generation Army vet myself and am happy to do so.

FlagsMostly gonna be interested in next year. My buddies and I are all Navy and we are all subject to deployment orders in the Dec/Jan time frame. So, next year works best.
I've never hunted much waterfowl on the east coast. I grew up in Colorado and my duck hunting was all along the rivers, sloughs and ponds there. Sea Ducks and divers are a new game for me.
Let me round up the buddies and ask them when they think they can do it. Even if they can't, I'm interested for myself. My wife is from Manchester, NH and we usually go that way in Dec. Frankly I'd rather hunt ducks than see the mother in law.

You and Mac are a coupla' backstabbing, no-class having, ungrateful wankers for saying those bad things about your MILs.
My MIL is awesome, and I'm deeply indebted to her for bearing my darling wife. It doesn't matter that she lives in Japan!

And yeah, you'll kill ducks with Jack. Trust me.

FlagsWho said anything bad about the MIL. I merely said I'd rather hunt ducks than go see her.

Now, if I had said that I would rather wade through hell and pay cash money for an ass whipping rather that see her, you may have a case. Besides, if mine had an entire continent and a major ocean between us, I'd be happy too.

Besides, it gives me a good reason to go north. Definately want to try to make this hunt.
