It is that time of year again and crow season is open in Germany where we are. Out this morning shooting a 1920s Churchill XXV & 28 gr RC fibre wad cartridges over a pattern of some 10 decoys spread wide. The first one shot went straight onto a flapper to add some movement to the pattern. A reasonable bag dropping birds out to 40 yards. A fun morning's sport and the dogs had a great run too!
