I have several... Truth be told I haven't had the chance to "wring" out all of them, but I will say this: I took two different .504s, and with the same Hornady 300SST and 100 grain equivalent of Hodgdon Triple Seven, the first three shots out of both of them went into 1-1/4 at 100 yards. That is not working up a load, weighing projectiles or anything else. Just load and shoot.

I also took a nice whitetail in Wisconsin with my .410 this past November. It shoots a 385-grain pure lead bullet at 2 moa using "factory irons", as is required by the Wisconsin DNR during muzzleloader season. (My 53 year-old eyes probably didn't help, either!)

I have two .504s and one .451. They are excellent rifles and will shoot conicals very well.

What model rifle is it, and what price?

I picked up an Ultramag from an Idaho hunter after they changed their ML rules.

Three .504 Whitetails, set up different ways. Two stainless and one blue and they all shoot great with both conicals and sabots. Probably my favorite rifles in the safe.
