I have a CBR kit of an 1861 Navy I built 25 years ago that isn't particularly slick. Who does work on these? I was thinking of sending it to Tom Sargis at Bozeman Trail Arms.

I'm thinking of also buying a working/professionally assembled one. Is there a big difference between Pietta and Uberti? Who makes the ones sold through Traditions? I like the loading opening in the 1860/1861 model. Any other suggestions?
