to all using 209's and 777. i been having trouble getting the 777 to go off ,it delay fires. the 777 pellets i was using i bought last yr and they shot fine then. i stored them with all my other powder including regular pyrodex plts
which work fine. i e-mailed hodgon and they told me to be extra careful of long term storage of 777 . they say it will draw moisture easyer than regular plts. they say it must be stored in a stable temp.they sent me a new box to use . they also say that most 209 primers are way to hot for in-line ml's and that they may cause the bullet to move off the charge before the powder burns , cause poor groups.
they say they have seen a lot of this problem in some guns .
the tc encore was one of the worst .they say they are seeing far less problems with musket caps.
