I've got an old percussion Hawken that I sometimes like to shoot, and I've been thinking about an inline and/or a flintlock. I like the Cabelas Blue Ridge flintlock. It's on sale right now, but it's a lot more expensive than the standard Hawkens and Kentucky rifles. A guy at Thompson Center told me it was made by Pedersoli, and it was probably worth the difference in price. Anybody have any experience with it? Any comments are welcome. Also, is there any caliber I should consider besides .50? Thanks, Steve | ||
