From my experiences exploring both Traditions Rifle models, the Penn barrel was around $145 more, had a walnut stock vs hardwood on the Kentucky, sported a 7" longer barrel, had more brass hardware including a patchbox -- plus the Penn had a one-piece stock vs the two piece Kentucky.
