Swede,

That 8" plate at 50 yards is sitting on the ground with my left elbow on my left knee. I may have exagerated the "all day" statement a bit but Lymans are very able rifles. Have some fun with yours and experiment with different powder measurements and different types. I'm sure you have your reasons against blackpowder, but you might want to consider atleast trying some different measurements of fffg and ffg blackpowder. I too was dead set against black powder and a firm believer in pyrodex untill I got my flinter and found out how much better bp detonates. In a caplock or inline pyrodex is very accomadating, but even in a traditional caplock bp will have a bit of an edge as it is more volitile. I personally like the feeling of using traditional powder with traditional rifles using traditional projectiles.
What ever you choose practice and experiment and have fun.
