I saw an H&R/NEF brochure a couple of months ago, and they offer a 2-bbl set from the factory. .50p and .243, and .50p and 12 ga., as I recall.

I've never shot a NEF but I've heard nothing but good about them. They've been making essentially the same gun since 1871, so they've got it pretty well figured out.
