Had hell this spring getting my muzz to shoot a load with reliable consistancy, but I think I finally got it shooting as well as to be expected out of a muzz.
I drew one of the hardest elk tags in AZ to draw this year for trophy bull, and have been trying to shoot as well as I can out to 250 with this gun.

T/C Triumph with 90gr of BH209 powder, 250gr Barnes TMZ bullets, and 209 primers.

Got plenty of shooting still to do, but at least I finally narrowed WHAT I'll be shooting out of the gun!

Nice group. What sort of velocity are you getting?

Nice group, even if you did miss the quarter!

Like, Nordseta, I am also curious if you've been able to chrono this load, or see what the drop is at 250 yds.

for every hour in front of the computer you should have 3 hours outside

Haven't chrono'd this particular load..

I have a Nikon Omega Muzzleloader scope on the gun.. at 250, I can get a 3" group with the gun.. Thats the best I've gotten out of it.. 1.5" group at 200.
