I just got one a few weeks ago myself but haven't had a chance to shoot it yet.Plan on trying the Barnes and SST's with the supplied sabots.Have read good reports with these but some swap the sabots on the SST's to the short MMP.

The Strongest Sabots out are the HPH made by MMP. They are also the most accurate for me. The Hdy. SSTs come w/ the HPHs.

The SSTs are very flat shooting, hard hitting, and accurate. I took several Bucks w/ them last season and I love the way they perform.

Some Say the Barnes are too tough and don't open very much but, I have never tried them in my Savage.
