If you are looking for one of these it happens that Randy's Hunting Center, Bad Axe Michigan, has in stock one of the last caches of these. They are all blue steel with Accutrigger versions. I think the prices I saw were black synthetic stock for $579, camo synthetic for $599. (No stainless or laminated stocks).

FYI Savage is making these again. The standard run is going to be blued synthetic the camo stocks are just leftovers. Stainless guns of any flavor are no more. Savage has no plans to make anything other than blued synthetic and only a run maybe two a year depending on orders.

Mike, I heard a ~similar story; no stainless, no laminate, and a limited number of camoflage synthetic. Heard that this run was the last of the left-over actions and parts on hand minus some they (Savage) will keep for any warranty issues.

I wonder if any of these are turning up anywhere else? Randy's got over a dozen of them and I haven't seen them anywhere else.

These are not just guns cleaning up parts. Savage is producing these as orders dictate and will produce new parts as needed.

They are also producing blue/camo & blue/laminated T/hole, we have several of each, and there are plenty more available.

I can't believe they are not doing the Stainless model anymore. Those are very popular.
