Cant find anything on this barrel. Anyone shot one or give a thumbs up or down? They look great and would extend my hunting season but hate to give up that kind of cash without knowing they are accurate. A friend recomends the new savage smokeless. Anything else y'all would look at?

i owen 1 i bought it a week ago its extreamly accurate just as accurate as the full size tc encore 209x50 or the omega for that matter.....moan at 100 yards with the right bullet powder combo.

im usuing 150 grains of tripple 7 3 50 grain pellets....and a 300 grain hornady sst bullet

at 100 yards im grouping about 1" to 1 1/8"

wich it plenty good cause this rifle is only going to be used for tree stand hunting or thick brush stalking.

I bought one last year but did not hunt with it because we are allowed only one deer in Maine and I killed a doe during archery season.

I hope to hunt with it this year, it shoots great. I use 3 50 grain pyrodex pellets and the 300 grain saboted barnes X. I shoot a 1 inch group at 100 yards with the peep sights.

GREAT GUN DEFFINATLY WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!!!
