What experience have you had with BP substitutes as far as muzzle velocity changes, accuracy and clean-up vs BP or Pyrodex?

I have tried just about everything. I will only use BP or Pyrodex in my guns (.54, .45, .36 cap lock rifles and .44 cap'n'ball revolver). In my guns I see no difference in POI between identical charges, MEASURED BY VOLUME, of GOEX and Pyrodex. Swiss will give slightly higher velocities in the .54 (I haven't used/tried it in anything else).

Don't have a chrony, so can't help ya out there. But for both
accuracy and cleanup, I have switched strictly to Goex Clear
Shot. It's so hard to find around here, that I have to send
for it. It's given me more accuracy than Pyro, Clean Shot or
T7 (T7 gave me horrible crud rings with only one firing and
gave the worst accuracy in my Encore -- sure wish this were
not so). Goex Clear Shot cleans just as well and easily as
the T7. My understanding is that the FFg does not give as
consistant groups as the FFFg, so that is what I order.
