Any one have one of the T/C Impact's? I looked at them today and am thinking that it will be the inline I finally break down and buy. I really liked the way it felt and the way it opened to prime.

I bought one for my nephew last year and have been very impressed. It's very accurate, very well built, regardless of price. If I didn't already have an in-line, I would seriously consider the Impact. Also of note, it has a very nice, crisp trigger!

The wife just gave me one for our anniversary this week so I'll have a report in the near future. As a novice muzzleloader if I can make it shoot it should be relatively easy. I couldn't wait to get to the range so I exploded a milk jug in the yard and found it functions fine and is relatively easy to clean.

I'd love some suggestions on loads - it's primary purpose is to kill an elk in Utah or Colorado.
