I have only ever borrowed muzzleloaders to hunt with, but I would like to get my own. Here in PA we need to use a Flintlock and open sites in the late season. I really like the idea of a removable breach plug for easy cleaning. The Traditions PA Pellet and the T/C Fire Storm flintlock have this feature. The Traditions is about $100 less than the T/C. I am not looking for a starter gun, I want one that I can use for years to come

Has anyone ever used this gun? What are you impressions? Is this gun a good value? What has the accuracy been like? I have used the T/C fire storm some, and I know that it is a great gun. I would just like some more info before I get out my wallet.

Thanks.

Life's too short to carry a gun that you hate!
