I am certainly glad we have been kept up to date on how things are done in Kentucky, just not real clear on the relevance. "If you’re innocent why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?”- Donald Trump

Jeff: I find as a practitioner these differences worth noting. They flat in my mind. I am not speaking to you, I am speaking to other practitioners. I don’t it on a State like NY used so many form documents to practice these high profile cases. The fact you are not surprised at instructing the jury on Reasonable Doubt fir example speaks to why some, me, would like to discuss these differences. I am not attacking the decision or the jury. Take your passive aggressive knees and go work out. Others have made it clear they want the actual document Ms to see and read for themselves. I do not believe in watching this stuff through a source. Go read it. I also believe there is value in contrasting the difference Ms our states engage in. NY can engage however it wants. So long as, the Incorporated Rights found in the amendments to the Constitution are followed. It is worth thinks about how and why states come to their practice. I have no use and much disdain for those who have tried to delegitimize these proceedings by using terms like “Cuban Show Trials.” Or Latin and African American Republican who co-opt the language of a two tiered system applied to Trump. Folks who lose their voting rights and they cheer. Folks who will not have Justice Alito’s house flying an upside down flag on behalf of. Folks who would have been thrown in jail months ago for violating terms of bond or the gag order. That is who really feel the two tried system. President Trump has been handled w kid gloves. Today, 12 regular people in the face of attacks by the leaders of our Federal government do their duty. A duty predicated on doing the work not the outcome. Mike Rodger’s a former DOJ running as a R In Michigan doing all he can to delegitimize the American system of justice should beg for forgiveness. Take your chip up with them. Here is one for you. Had this jury acquitted President Trump, justice is still justice. The outcome does not control.
