. . . that the new Administration will be focused on the truly vexing problems we are facing. Like renaming the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America, buying Greenland, taking over the Panama Canal, getting rid of windmills to save whales, low water pressure and itchy water heaters. Making America great again, who would have guessed.

Low water pressure and itchy water heaters? I have not heard of these. Obviously Biden’s fault, but what’s the story?

Have you been asleep? These are two of the most significant issues facing our country. One, electric water heaters make you itch, just ask Trump. And the damn Democrats want to get rid of gas water heaters. Two, low pressure in showers due to flow restrictors are going to be the downfall of this country . . . try showering when the water goes "drip, drip, drip". We have to come to grips with these issues immediately if we have any hope of making America great again . . . otherwise we will be left with a country of scratching citizens in need of a bath.

I’ve been a plumber for 20 years and I’m damned good at it. I have never heard of electric water heaters making people itch. Restrictors can be removed from shower heads. Most are a two part thing; a plastic insert and an o-ring. Remove the o-ring for more water. Remove it all and one homeowner told me it was like a therapeutic massage. We have the dumbest bastard ever taking office soon.

Well, you may be a plumber, but Trump is . . . Trump. He knows things you could never even aspire to know. Hell, he is like Moses, he gets his info straight from the man upstairs.

Team MAGA should be forced to watch the Monday press conference, then publicly declare that the man is not looney as a goon. Biden may be just as off, but the good news is that through all his mumbling and slurring you at least you do not hear the crazy shit he says.

I find it amusing that when the progressive liberals regulate shower-heads, dishwashers and toilets, not a peep.

But when Trump uses his normal rhetoric to tell Americans those stupid regulations are going away, you get all worked up.

Supposedly LBJ requested that the water pressure to his WH bathroom be substantially increased as he liked the feeling of high pressure water on his toto. No idea if Lady Bird enjoyed the same sensations. I believe that we have him to thank for the term Big Johnson.

Shower head restrictors can be removed. I’m a plumber and have never heard complaints about dishwashers. Mine is new (in my 28 year old house). I like the 4-hour cycle and the fact that I can set it to run in the middle of the night. It’s good to have water in use at 4am when it’s freezing outside. WRT to 1.28 GPF toilets, if they are set up properly; no slack in the chain, water level as high as it can go, and not having a defective flapper, they work just fine. I do service work in new home construction, so everything I see is new/meets current code. Whoever heard of flushing a toilet 15 times? Maybe some dumbass who is literally full of shit.

15 times? Maybe you are right.

More than once? Pretty common.

BTW, remove the restrictor plate, then have the plumber come in for an unrelated issues… then find the restrictor plate replaced, and billed for the piece and the time to fix it…

When called on it, they claimed they had to return it to code compliance.

Never used that company again. They are now out of business, so I wasn’t the only guy with issues.

My new plumber was telling me about how much money folks offer him for old toilets in good repair… he can’t install them (he does admit the issue is codes) but he can sell them if he changes one out…

“I have heard of” bosses telling their plumbers to remove restrictors if customers request it, because no one has ever gone to jail for removing one. Anyone who installs a restrictor and bills for it is a jackass who gets paid commission to be a sack of shit. That company deserved to go out of business. Anyone who tries to charge me for unauthorized work…good luck collecting.
