KenscoMore Trump Pardons - MAGA Criminals Need Not Fear The Law
This one the orange turd tried to keep under the radar, unlike the 1500+ January 6th criminal he pardoned.
Trump pardoned a MAGA, former Las Vegas councilwoman who was convicted of fraud last year. She had stolen $70,000 raised for a statue to honor a Las Vegas police officer killed in the line of duty. Michele Fiore put the money to better use. She spent it on cosmetic surgery, rent, and her daughter's wedding.
She was due to be sentenced next month, but the orange turd gave her a pardon. The White House confirmed the pardon, and it only came to light when the MAGA criminal bragged about it on Facebook.
https://www.theguardian.com/us...vegas-review-journalI doubt you will hear about this on FOX News.

jeffeossopoor little grandma -- you didn't say SQUAT about a biden pardonee killing someone within 5 months of being released ...
you could aim for balance, but if it weren't for double standards, you wouldn't have any

tomahawkerWait, for real killed somebody after they were pardoned?
27 April 2025, 03:42
jeffeossooh, i got the dets wrong -- a guy biden pardoned - for killing his lady friend, driving across country, and killing her daughter (who had been in the car the WHOLE TIME) is being recharged with 1st degree --
my mistake
Biden pardoned a DOUBLE MURDERED/KIDNAPPER
https://www.westernjournal.com...acing-death-penalty/ quote:
In 2014, Sanders was sentenced to death for the murder of 12-year-old Lexis Roberts, according to an FBI news release.
Sanders was dating Roberts’s mother, Suellen, when he took them both on a vacation to the Grand Canyon in 2010.
On their way back to Nevada, Sanders pulled off the road and shot Suellen to death.
..
Sanders then drove Lexis{the daughter} across the country to a wooded area near Catahoula Parish, where he shot the girl four times, cut her throat, and left her body.

Kenscoesso, you still pretending to be a Moderator? I thought they would have downgraded you long ago. Are you "Special Needs" or something? You must be part of a DEI framework. Better keep a low profile or you will be found out.
So what you are saying is that you are okay with money being stolen by MAGA to honor a heroic police officer and used for cosmetic surgery. Good to know. Your vote is in. Wonder if ledvm or JTEX has your back on that? (Maybe they do.)
I would like to see all the MAGA votes on this Trump pardon.
Thanks esso for moderating.

jeffeossograndma,
you've been told before, i guess memory really is the first thing to go in menopause, that I am not the moderator of THIS forum -- and you've been given detailed instructions on how and who to report me to -- DRG or Saeed (who's the owner) -- just to help, scroll up to the top of this page and look at who the moderator of this forum is ... hint, it's DRG -- good luck, karen
i presented that there are WAY worse recipients of pardons than some small time fraudster --
but, if we are "getting the votes in" you are PERFECTLY fine with a kidnapper and murdering getting a pardon, but have your knickers in a knot over a fraudster getting the same ...
party over people, your vote is in ...
tell me the truth, (revised to perhaps get a truthful answer) WHY are you in Texas? Apparently iowa or idaho would be more to your liking.
But, you could show you actually have principals ... since you are mad about fraudsters, then publicly state your SUPPORT for DOGE .. come on, OWN IT

LHeym500Due vested power of the executive.

wympleI don't care how you magats justify him, but here's trump's real world. Phony Christians, brown shirt cops "just following orders".

LongDistanceOperatorI’d say trump is a worthless sack of shit, but that’s being generous. It’s also an insult to worthless sacks of shit.

LHeym500Again, a President is vested by the Constitution with the sole discretion to pardon for federal crimes whoever the president wants.
President Ttump can and has used his vested, constitutional power.
Heck if trump isn't careful he's gonna catch up with biden!

Doesn't make it ethical.
Ethical? The use of a constitutionally delegated power is ethical. President Washington pardoned those who poured tar on the officials of the U.S. government and killed folks.
President Johnson pardoned those who plunged the nation into war.
Ethical? What would be unethical is if a president gave a pardon for some quid pro quo. That is not alleged. It certainly has not been proved. Such an act, would be difficult to prosecute such a president given the recent immunity hiding by the S. Ct., even if Congress were to impeach and convict.
No, the due exercise of constitutionally delegated, vested power in the person of President is not unethical. Such use of power is what the Constitution grants. We cannot demand the Constitution be enforced and applied, then call its application unethical. One can choose to say, “I disagree with the president using his due and vested power to pardon this person. That this person is undeserving.” One can even say, I will not vote for said President nor anyone who supports his use of pardons.”
The argument is to change the Constitution. I oppose that. However, that is the discussion to engage. The bashing of teeth every time a President pardons someone as an abuse or unethical is not supported by our constitutional framework.
Trump has already pardoned a lot more people than Biden. Trump did that in one day versus 4 years.
So, when slavery was legal was it also ethical?
10 May 2025, 06:38
LHeym500The two are not comparable.
I’ll answer your question no. However, the Constitution always permitted a legislative end to slavery. The South decided to try to leave before it happened.
The use of vested power as the Constitution provides is not unethical.

RolandtheHeadlessWhile the president has the Constitutional power to pardon, I don't think the ethics of when and how he uses that power are above criticism.

LHeym500The debate should be on changing the Constitution. An s ton I cannot see myself supporting. However, that is the debate to have and not this whining.
The use of a duly vested power is not unethical.
