Is it true 0binden's hours are limited from 100hrs to 1600hrs and then if a 0300hrs call comes in his 'team' will handle it for him?

Who are these team members?

Some people confuse Trump with someone qualified and appropriate to be President. I am more worried about those folks than Biden. The latter is clearly at an age of cognitive decline. The former are just plain stupid.

The only 0300 call acted on immediately, by any President, would be a missile launch warning and the immediate response would be the continuity of government protocols. Literally everything else, including retaliatory options, would be run through the National Security Council first, unless Trump was there to make the worst possible available decision, like he did when faced with COVID.

An empty office is better than Trump.
