Since Pedos are still not a protected class, I think its worth discussing the obvious. When a person goes elk hunting they plan and hunt areas with elk. That same simple fact is why we find these walking abortions in places with young people. Teachers, religious leaders, camp counselors, sports coaches, scout leaders, any job that places them close to those they wish to prey upon. They also tend to be vocal against child abuse to help hide their activities. It is camouflage, not hypocrisy.
These monsters come in all political varieties so don't waste time worrying about that.

Ignoring the fact that they often lead or are protected by the institutions that furnish their prey. The Catholic Church has moved pedophile priests to conceal their crimes, only to give them a new hunting ground. The Boy Scouts knew about their predators for many years but the cushy jobs of the executives were more important than the hundreds of boys being molested.
