I can guarantee you, every single one of those mentioned are infinitely better off than being at home and unemployed!

No funding is in place. No funding, nobody gets paid. Newsome has come out against this; I believe it will die a slow death and no money will be paid out.

There will be no "reparations" paid (these are bullshit anyway) but 6 million dollars will be spent to study possible ways to determine eligibility. I assume this money will be spent on meals, lodging, and entertainment for those given the task. Strip clubs, bars, and narcotics dealers will benefit. Trickle down economics on display.
