"Neutron Jack" Welch did a lot of that at GE, cut a percentage from the bottom every year.

Having spent 33 years as a LEO.

I have worked with and known both ATF and FBI agents.

The only problem I have with this is that it is not enough.

The ATF and FBI have become bloated extra constitutional organizations.

That are being used to trample on the rights of citizens.
