Reading that they are not Emirati citizens, they were told to disperse, they refused to, rioted, and caused damage in Dubai… because the bangladesh government has quotas on government jobs?

Other countries, other laws. The US seems to be the only country where rioters are allowed free rein to destroy public and private property in the name of free speech. Think BLM and Antifa….
