One would hope this helps send a message to Trump that Russia is an enemy not a buddy. That said, part of me is almost surprised that Trump did not have the US at the session and participate in the announcement with Russia and China. I also see that Putin says he wants to talk directly to Trump first about the Ukraine ceasefire. I bet he does . . . putty in Putin's hands.
