Have you any idea what it can cost a bank to get crosswise of U.S. sanctions? The banks in Qatar don't want any part of that shitstorm for the carrying fees they can charge on $6 billion.

If it had been Trump, as JTEX hypothesized, Donald would more likely have released the funds to his buddy in Russia.

You MAGA Minions have zero credibility. How's that investigation of Ivanka & Jared going, or the one on Ginni Thomas? Oh, I forgot, you're still trying to focus on Hunter Biden and his laptop, or the mythical Biden impeachment evidence. Same old MAGA misdirection.
